Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how Aitroop (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides refunds for subscriptions and purchases made through the Aitroop application (the “App”).
1. Subscription Plans
Aitroop offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All fees are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal, provided that:
- You have not exceeded reasonable usage of paid features (see Section 4).
- Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service.
- The request is your first refund request for this account.
Free-trial users who upgrade to a paid plan are eligible for the 14-day refund window starting from the date of the first paid charge.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 14-day refund window.
- Monthly subscription renewals (only the initial purchase or annual renewal qualifies for the money-back guarantee).
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
- Add-on purchases or one-time feature unlocks, unless defective.
- Currency exchange losses or bank/payment processing fees charged by your financial institution.
4. Reasonable Usage
We define “reasonable usage” as using paid features in a manner consistent with normal, good-faith evaluation. If our records show usage significantly above what a typical evaluating user would generate (e.g., bulk automated use, API abuse), we reserve the right to deny or reduce the refund amount.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
To cancel, go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan in the App, or contact [email protected].
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- The email address associated with your Aitroop account.
- The date of purchase and the subscription plan.
- A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helpful for us to improve).
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
