App Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Aitroop application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
  • Use the App to generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the App without our prior written consent.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

  • Provide accurate and current registration information.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.

We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

Certain features of the App require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
  • Authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription period selected.
  • Provide accurate and complete billing information.

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. For refund terms, please see our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use of AI Features

The App provides AI-powered features. You agree to use these features responsibly and acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain uses. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
  • You must not use AI features to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates third-party rights.
  • You retain ownership of content you submit; by submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models developed by Aitroop — are the exclusive property of Aitroop and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Aitroop’s name, trademarks, or logos.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aitroop and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aitroop is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
